Offering a provincial Italian dining experience, Novaro’s is an award winning, intimate restaurant specalising in local produce. The dining room of the Edwardian home is warm and inviting dining room surrounded by artwork by re-known local artist Junko Go.
Chef Nicholas Hooper offers signature dishes such as Tasmanian Green Lip Abalone in whitetruffle oil, Carpaccio of Beef with baby beetroots, capers and wild rocket and Garlic Buttered Snails with sunflower seeds.
The wine list reflects the region with a wide range of Tasmanian varialtals and also includes light style Classico Chianti’s as well as bigger Barolos and Brunellos.
